SAFETY FIRST! That's our motto! Safety is a serious matter to Native Resources International. Every job we perform is approached first with safety in mind. Each of the past 2 years, Native Resources International has decreased its number of accidents by 50%. This dramatic decrease is the result of a profound effort on the part of all employees of our company to promote and abide by our safety program.

Regular weekly meetings at each jobsite directed by the site supervisor provide for a review of current working conditions, and discussion of any safety issues or concerns. All field managers come together each month and review any incidents which may have occurred over the past month. Suggestions are promoted to offer review and discussion on how we can all work more safely.

Twice a year equipment operators and other employees are brought together for a half day review and discussion of a variety of safety topics. Often times guest speakers are invited to present insight into how we can approach our daily tasks more safely.
