The Nursery Process

During the devegetation process, our nursery team begins designing and laying out the on-site nursery. As the plants are brought to the nursery, a drip irrigation system is built to water the plants during their stay. NRI achieves a 95% survival rate as our nursery attendants are certified and trained by the Arizona Botanical Garden.

Trees are labeled on the north side of the box and kept oriented north to protect from sunburn. Production dates are recorded on panels. Drip irrigation saturates the trees which are placed in rows for easy access.
