The Inventory Process

The first activity we perform is a site inspection and native plant inventory. Mature trees and cacti are located by using the Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and CAD to map the location of the plants. It is at this stage that our environmental team determines the salvageability of the plants, based on health, physical structure and survivability.

The CAD file can digitally incorporate the engineered infrastructure plans with precise plant locations. This allows the client to amend the development plan in order to preserve unique, natural, open areas.
